We understand that for some property owners/managers in San Jose, this is a brand-new requirement. Depending on your building ID number’s last digit and your square footage determines your due date. In 2023 buildings over 50K square footage were due for the first time. Now that applies to buildings between 20k – 49,999k for 2024.
